REFUND POLICY

Refund & Returns policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. You then have a further 14 days to send back the product in order to receive a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • You decide you no longer want the product
  • Hair must not be untied from packaging backing card (Gold Ties)
  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Main compartment to be sealed
  • Product must not be damaged
  • Hair must not be tampered with or coloured

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Returns requirements:

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: Please email for address. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure we receive the items back.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process back to you, we aim to refund as soon as we receive the item back & inspect it.

Items in which used a coupon code or special offer will be refunded at the sale price bought for.
